Thank you for the opportunity to provide comment on the Klamath Facilities Removal Public Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and Environmental Impact Report (EIR) evaluating the potential impacts of the removal of the four PacifiCorp dams (J.C. Boyle, Copco 1, Copco 2, and Iron Gate Dams) on the Klamath River as contemplated in the Klamath Hydroelectric Settlement Agreement (KHSA).
